Waveform Lamp — Two-Tone Ridged LED Accent Light for Desk, Nightstand & Shelf

Pick two colors. The light does the rest.

The outer shade is a run of soft vertical ridges that wrap the whole form, so the light comes through in fine bands rather than a single flat wash. Inside sits a separate diffuser sleeve in a second color of your choosing, which tints the glow from within — the ridged outer stays one color unlit, then warms into another when you switch it on.

That two-layer construction is the point. A cream shade over an amber inner reads as candlelight. A gray shade over a sage inner throws a cool green wash. Same lamp, completely different room.

Off, it's a clean sculptural cylinder that earns its shelf space. On, it's a low ambient glow rather than a task light — the sort of thing you leave running on a nightstand, a desk corner, a bookshelf, or a hallway console. USB powered, so it runs from a phone charger, a power bank, or a spare port on a monitor.

Choosing your two colors

The outer shade is the color you see when the lamp is off, and the one that sets the ridged texture. Lighter shades glow brighter; darker ones read more as silhouette with the light showing between the ridges.

The inner diffuser is the color you see when it's on. It has the bigger effect on the light itself, so choose it for the mood you want in the room rather than for the object on the shelf.

If you'd rather keep it simple, order both in the same color for a clean single-tone lamp.
