Choose your size

Shorter — fits tubes up to 1.7" wide (44 mm). Travel toothpaste, eye cream, ointment, hair dye.
Medium — fits tubes up to 2.3" wide (58 mm). The one most people want. Standard toothpaste and most face creams.
Longer — fits tubes up to 2.7" wide (68 mm). Large family-size toothpaste and wide cosmetic tubes.

Measure the flat, empty end of your tube across its width and pick the size that matches or slightly exceeds it. When in doubt, choose Medium.
